Guanyu Qian is originally from Beijing, China. He received his Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics and Economics from the University of California, Davis, in 2022. During his undergraduate studies, he conducted research and experiments in particle physics, including background radiation detection and muon lifetime measurement. In 2024, he completed his Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Currently, he is a PhD student working with Dr. Xiaofan Cui on designing power electronics circuits for high-speed, high-frequency power conversion in information and data systems.
